This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and the Website operator and Mobile Application developer (“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies we do not own or control, or individuals we do not employ or manage.

Referral Features:

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. The Services do not track users across websites, but third parties may do so when serving content e.g., for advertising purposes.

11. Advertising and Marketing

  • We may show ads using aggregated, non-identifying information.
  • Third parties may collect information for targeted advertising through cookies or SDKs.
  • Users can opt-out of such tracking where supported.

11.1 Pollfish Surveys

  • Device data and responses may be sent to Pollfish servers.
  • Users consent by downloading the app but may opt-out via Pollfish settings.

11.2 Playtime (Adjoe)

  • Collects device app lists to recommend third-party apps and calculate in-app rewards.
  • Data processing is necessary for service functionality.

12. Affiliates

We may share data with affiliates to provide related products or services, in accordance with this Policy.

13. Email Marketing

We offer electronic newsletters to which you may voluntarily subscribe at any time. We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as described in this Policy or when using a third-party provider to send such emails. We will maintain the information sent via e-mail in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from us will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us. However, you will continue to receive essential transactional emails.

The Services may link to third-party websites or SDKs. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users are encouraged to review third-party privacy policies.

15. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information. However, no transmission over the Internet is fully secure. You acknowledge that:

  • Internet security limitations exist beyond our control
  • Information may be viewed or tampered with in transit by third parties

In the event we become aware that the security of the Services has been compromised or users Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
